I brought my car in for an oil change. They left the oil plug loose and my car nearly ran completely out of oil. I had to buy more oil to put in my car. They left black oil and dirt all over the inside of my door and middle console. There was no real accountability. The manager refused to reimburse the funds for the oil I had to buy. Bottom line the service department sucks really bad and the management and staff is a reflection of that.

We drove from Ruston to use their service center and they were so incredible!!! We had terrible experience in West Monroe at the dealership there and was in great need of warrenty work!! This dealership could not have been greater!! Thank you for your help!!

Heading to New Orleans from East Texas (NOLA Native/Retiree) and check engine light came on. Stopped at M&M to get it checked out. The service department was great and took care of me. You are highly recommended. Thank You Take Care And God Bless

No longer M &M, now owned by Giles. Will miss the ppl we met doing years of business with M&M but if the rest of the staff is anything like the sales rep Jeff Williams, that we just met today,they are going to be as awesome a dealership as M &M was. And for any one that wonders if Tim Roberts is still there...YEP he's in service department,so you KNOW you will get excellent service work done!We look fwd to purchasing several vehicles from this dealership over the next year and I am sure at least 1 will be a Sonata! We own our second Sonata, we had one for 8 yrs putting over 300,000 YES you saw that rt, it would still been going but totaled in a wreck, of which I may add my husband walked away unharmed. In our opinion you can't go wrong with Hyundai products !

I’m very disappointed. I was hoping to purchase a new vehicle and trade mine in. They told me they could not tell me how much they can offer me for my car unless I bring in it. Fair enough. I do and when I get their, they have me fill out certain papers and give them certain documents. Then I was told the manager decided to not even bother taking a look at my vehicle but would offer me 5k less than KBB and about 7k less than what other local dealers are offering. Ridiculous service and waste of time. Do they not want our business??! We’ll let me just say they lost mine

We bought my daughter a used car at M&M, as is, no guarantee. Three days later, it died. We thought - hoped - that it was only the battery. But our attempt to jump start it was a failure, and the unpleasant noise it made suggested that it might be the timing chain. We weren't happy at the thought of a $2,000 repair the week of the purchase. My wife decided to call M&M on the chance they might take some responsibility for it (not something you can assume in an as-is sale), and they said they'd be happy to look at it and "make it right". We had it towed, and three days later it had a new alternator and new battery. And it works just fine. They offered to pay the towing charge (we were 53 miles away - not an inexpensive tow). They "made it right" and were pleasant and accommodating in the process. We're happy customers.

I bought a Hyundai from M&M in 2011 and in 2022. Very good people to work with. Calm and professional. My 2012 Tucson lasted over 350,000 miles and I hope my new one will serve our family just as well.

I live an hour away so I called ahead to price a trunk being open , I was told that it wouldn’t cost because it had a recall on all Hyundai trunks so I made that drive to be told probably by the same guy that my vehicle had no recall and it would be a charge (that is an extreme inconvenience for anyone if employee had given you accurate information) so even though the employee should know what they are talking about , customers please do not assume they do and ask numerous questions maybe even record the conversation) My time was completely wasted

Can't speak for the dealership part but will not return to the service department. If you clearly can not find a loose rear passenger tail light and then tell me they are all loose so they dont crack when you hit a bump like I'm a d*** female that does not understand. The tail light will push in about an inch when you touch it on the top part of it. That is not normal. Very disappointed. Love my Hyundai but haven no desire to return to their service department. I was also told an option was not available on my vehicle after I had already put my vin # in on the website and they listed it was available and the total with instillation.

Affordable oil changes and kind service workers. Always call if you need Body work or a part bc some things they may need to order and they outsource their body work. Very helpful people.
