Every single item that is in the outdoor area is covered in dirt. I was grocery shopping for another person in the items that they wanted were all located outside and every one of them were covered in Black dirt. It looks like the product was old. Which isn't a bad thing but if you bring that to someone's attention they don't care. Other than that the woman that works around the self-checkout area is extremely nice.

Customer service is very iffy. Some employees are really helpful and some should not be allowed to work in public. One reason I was there was to have a key made and I was told by the employee in that station they didn't have time to help me. I was told to go to the kiosk key machine and when I said I had tried that already and the key didn't come out correctly he said oh well I don't have time!!

Buying my mother a new refrigerator was a breeze. No problems….they took my money quickly and efficiently. Delivery on the other hand was a nightmare. I gladly paid $50 for delivery and haul away of the old appliance. My 84 year old mother was told that they couldn’t install because of a copper waterline that was not in use that they could not touch. I was not told any of this at purchase time. We had to call someone to come help her as she was totally agitated. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Lowe’s for delivery. What was supposed to be a happy and nice gesture turned into a total fiasco. Never again.

Direct to the point, that for me that their service is very very poor and made me pissed off. Yes, it was so not good for you to get a refill propane tank here☹️ you have to wait for more than 15 minutes ? Yes, more than 15 minutes because I counted it out. Happens to me and my husband 4 times. There’s this Lady who was on her phone and ignored me. They paged her twice and she won’t listen and ignore the call. I would not recommend this location for getting a refill of propane tanks. Period

Absolute terrible customer service. When I called to see about getting help with an order that I made I was told first, it can’t be done and when I asked questions I was told “your problem has nothing to do with me”, to which I said you are correct it
Does not but it is your job to help the customer right? Then asked to speak to a manager which she would not comply with. We have built a house before using Lowe’s in a different location but I will NOT be using Alex, LA location ever again

Posting for my friends Cathy and Jack Taylor in Melder. After noticing a strange odor after a dryer installation she traced it to a improperly installed dryer purchased and installed by Lowe's. The clamps were found never installed ! She has been hung up on several times by management and customer service and they were told they need to find a relative to rectify the improper install. Then they were told they were too busy to deal with the problem and hung up on again. Jack is a 96 year old Veteran that can in no way get behind the dryer to fix YOUR PROBLEM !
They also scratched a newer Lowe's purchased Refrigerator when they delivered the washer and dryer and have been run in circles with that as well. I would have left 0 stars but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Ordered an oven and paid for delivery, was given a delivery window of 1530-1930. Was called at 1000 in the morning by the delivery driver that told me he was 5 minutes from the house and his truck broke down. I say ok so is the deliver going to be made today or no? His reply to me is bro I have to call my boss and see how he’s going to get me out of here. So I reach out to Lowe’s who calls the dispatch and the dispatch says we are sending a truck to meet up with him and offload the appliances onto that truck so he can continue his route. I say perfect, seeing how he broke down 5 minutes from my house they will get the truck there and I’ll be the first delivery, so I tell me wife just cancel your plans until this evening so you can get this thing. Three hours go by so I call the dispatch and ask what’s going on, she tells me she doesn’t really know, so I say well can you pick up the phone and call your delivery driver and find out because he should have been here by now. She refuses to call, so time keeps ticking by. Finally at around 1900 I call back and ask again what’s going on, I’m told the driver is in lake Charles making deliveries, I say why would he go from five minutes from my house to lake Charles, about an hour and ten minute drive, and start making deliveries? She tells me that she just found out that they hired a tow truck to bring the truck, with crew, back to Alexandria to get a new truck, something you could have known if you would have called like I asked you too. So I ask is the delivery even going to get made tonight? She assures me that he has one delivery left and he will be to my house. Ok, again I wait, finally 2200 rolls around, still no call, all the customer service reps are gone for the day, and the delivery driver sends me to voicemail. If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time, I would spend my money at Home Depot.

Do not like self checkout! Lady ran everything for me! Very pleasant she went out of her way. Asked an older man that worked there about a curtain tool. Didn't tell me the isle, he walked me to where it was! Can't get better than that! I will be back just because of that.
