They took care of my truck with no problems and this is the third vehicle they have worked one for me. Each time a different vehicle and I’ve had no problems with any of them. Runs like new. Very impressed and treated me very kindly. Woman get a bad wrap going to mechanics and they were so fantastic. We will continue to use them and their towing company for our personal and taxi business.

Mr. Danny was awesome, i highly recommend using him. I needed a 700r4 rebuilt to handle a high horsepower application and he jumped on it. I will start with the process of how my build went, Mr. Danny communicated the rebuild process with me with throughout the whole rebuild informing me of what he was doing and the parts he was putting in it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I received my transmission back in a timely manner and have had zero issues. If anyone is looking for a reputable transmission builder look no further. Danny and his crew were awesome! They did excellent mechanical (transmission) work on my vehicle plus they were honest and trustworthy business. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is having transmission problems. They will surely do whatever they can to get your vehicle rolling again.

Highly recommend Danny for any and all transmission work. He rebuilt my 6L80 with upgraded parts and walked me through the entire process, even called me to come watch him take it apart. Hard to find an honest mechanic that is as knowledgeable as he is. Hes worked on my transmission, my moms, and my wife’s. They used to be great for getting an auto repair. We had several cars worked on there several times, and were happy with price and quality. Then they started going back and forth on whether they were strictly transmission repair or general mechanical work. I called to check that they were doing general auto mechanic work, as I had several problems needing attention, but none of them the transmission. I was told that I could bring the car in and they were doing general work (as well as transmission). I took the car in and waited. Knowing there were multiple issues, I waited about a week to call and check the status of repairs, at which point I was informed that they had done nothing for my car, would be doing nothing for my car, that they were doing strictly transmission repair at their shop, and were going to send my car to another specific mechanic shop. At no time during the week that my car was sitting idle at their shop did anyone call me to say they weren't going to work on my car. They didn't ask if I wanted to send my car to the other mechanic (with whom I am unfamiliar), they just told me they were going to send my car there. I told them that was unacceptable, and I went and picked up my car and took it to another repair shop of my choosing. L A Auto Transmission was completely unprofessional in our latest transaction, and they have lost my business. I will not be returning to their shop for any car repairs.

Best mechanic in town. Fixed up my Camaro same didn't over charge like precision tune wanted to. Stay away from dealers and corporate businesses who over charge. Ask for Shaun.
