John Ward Interiors and Gifts is filled with thoughtfully curated furniture, art, lighting, clothing, jewelry, and gifts. Outstanding customer service including gift wrapping. My out of town family and friends love to shop here every time they visit. I always find the perfect gift and usually leave with something for myself too.

I will never shop at this place again!They are rude and would not let me return/exchange two pieces of jewelry my husband got me for Christmas! Making up policies as they go along! 14 days is what they told me for Christmas return policy?! How was I supposed to know that?! Been so busy lately that it feels like Christmas was just last week! This is the second disappointing and distasteful occurrence with them. It’s a shame little old Alexandria doesn’t have better businesses in it. I will tell everyone about my experiences with this place and never shop here again!!!

I walked in was not greeted!!!!!!Walked around for about five minutes, was NOT asked if I needed any help. I'm assuming a sale associate looked around the corner at me because she through I was someone else. The store have some amazing piece!!!! We I when to exit the store,I was thanks for coming in. That was my third time in that store and it was the same EACH time.
