Worse customer service ever one store in the Alexandria mall actually had one person come to help us, Jimmie jazz had 3 people working and no help, big fat bright black chic came with an attitude and went got the shoe brought it back with an attitude and didn't wait to see if the shoe fits or not just walked off playing on her phone either the long braids or her phone has her priorities mixed up if I could give no stars I would im never going back there in life matter fact I will not be going to any Jimmie jazz store

I got a pair of the new type of Air Jordan 11 low w the new comfort zoom sole...I have to say it's becoming my favorite shoe.. the employees are helpful and friendly!... loved the music

They are very sad.the returns.they only give you store credit which I don't need if I pay you cash why not give my cash back.i will not be shopping with them.an pray u don't.

Very rude customer service, why you roll your eyes when customers ask you a question?! We did not understand the point of having such a miserable attitude. We were actually buying things. One girl helped us she actually wasn't bad, but the moment Alexis got involved she made us feel like we should just drop the stuff we had and leave. But my girlfriend loved the Jordan products, we bought and left very sad, unfortunately the owners are not aware of this employee who ruins the reputation of the store.
