I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. I told the lady kind of what I want and told her that I trusted her to do a great job. When my sister got them, she called me to thank me and told me how beautiful they were. She sent me a picture and yes, I was not disappointed. I would house of flowers in Alexandria, Louisiana to everyone. Thank you, House flowers from making her day so special.

I live out of town and wanted to send my mom a birthday gift. I found house of flowers online and placed an order. They were able to deliver my arrangement the same day. My mom was very happy with her flowers. They’re beautiful.

One of the most genuine business owners out there! I had an issue with my recent order and while I was willing to take the pretty bouquet they made for my sons prom date but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted. We had a disappointing experience with our ordering and so I was going to chalk it up to a bad experience and find another florist for the future. Ms Paula was not only extremely professional and understanding, she was adamant about making it right and boy DID SHE! She far exceeded my expectations with the replacement bouquet and because of her genuine concern for our satisfaction she has won a customer for life! The bouquet is stunning and exactly what we asked for! Thank you so much House of Flowers!
