Really rude people tried to come in and drive a SUV to purchase took off work and was told that two vehicles on website was on lot. Tried to drive before buying after walking around lot 30+ mins never saw a salesperson. Went in to get someone was told by a young man with AirPods in that was playing on phone that they were busy right now so all eight with no customers at desks were to busy to sales cars today? After being told we could drive Platinums Explorer before buying then oh sorry someone from corporate is driving it, sorry. Guess your time is valuable but not a customers time? Will never do business here!!

I just left as we speak. I highly recommend Hixson because they have wonderful customer service. I pulled up and before I could even get out my car and pay or anything else, my part was back on my car.

Jake Smith and Brady McGehee did an excellent job as well as the service department in helping our son find a great deal on a used F-150, making sure it was clean and in excellent mechanical condition before leaving the lot. Jake went over the vehicle features with him and was very helpful. Definitely recommend these guys!

Horrible experience with Hixson in Alexandria. Gary Johnson is not professional at all. After all the cars I have purchased with Hixson. I was told I was the worse customer ever. When only calling to get answers regarding my paperwork. On top of that my interest rate is high when my score is a 690... days later it was brought to my attention I was 10,000 up side down. This is definitely a lesson learn for me. I truly regret going here. I promise I will never come here ever again. You call to ask questions and nobody seem to have an answer because they got over me. Gary Johnson you get over on people and think it’s funny and it’s not funny at all it’s called being unprofessional.
