Completely made off with my hard earned money. Went in with a question. Left $400+ dollars less. Under the assumption that I was in immediate danger that I needed to sign some .b.s. waiver if I would have chosen not to let them work on my vehicle.... Feeling of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman? More like courtesy rape👎👎👎

I've used them before and they did a good job on 2 other vehicles i took to them but my last experience was by far the worst. I took my 1978 Cadillac to them to get fixed in January thinking it had a short somewhere that prevented it from starting. I would pass by to see if they had done anything to it. They pushed it in the shop like twice but i guess it wasn't up to their standards of what they wanted to work on because they put 0 effort into trying to get it started. I was told stories from they short handed to they looked but the real reason seemed to be that my car wasn't worth fixing to them. I barely have 30000 on the motor and transmission because i put both in brand new and barely drive the car. I've had it for many years and have plans on finally restoring it to 100% . When i finally decided to just go get my car because it can sit in my yard the owner pretty much told me that the mechanic didn't want to work on my car and he wasn't going to make him work on something and mess up their relationship . He even went as far as giving another customer my number saying i might want to sell it. I didn't bring my car there to be sold. I took it there to be fixed. Then flat out told me good luck finding someone to work on it. It's not worth the money it would cost to fix like I'm broke of can't afford it. Well my car is fixed no thanks to them. I had a brand new battery that apparently they messed up pretending to charge it. I went to auto zone got a new battery and changed the starter and it cranked right up. 4 months of sitting there and i fixed it myself in 2 hours. They definitely will not be getting my business or anyone else i know if i can help it. Know the story behind a person before you try to judge. 11 years of military service medically retired and i purchased this car straight out of boot camp so this isn't just a car it's ME

I'm not from here I moved her from out of state to take care of my aging father. I found great reviews about Halliburton Auto Clinic so I called and made an appointment to have my truck looked at. The are very honest, have very fair prices, make you feel like they care about you. I will take my truck back to them if I have any more issues. I usually don't write reviews but I must say that I would recommend Halliburton Auto Clinic to anyone that has a problem----I love how HONEST they where, you don't find this in todays world and it is greatly appreciated!!! They will go out of their way to help you and make sure the problem is solved. They have a fantastic team!!!

PERSONAL PLUS - I drove in with a problem on my 13 year old Jeep Liberty. The problem was quickly analyzed, the parts arrived the next morning and I received notification to bring my Jeep in. Problem solved with friendly, personal service! I trust my vehicle to a shop of experts.
