Rip off and unprofessional. Quoted be one price and when I got there they didn't have what they needed to install and wanted to charge me more for the job. Uncharged were 4 times the full retail price

I decided to go here after another place didn’t have what I wanted. I called and made an appointment and they seen me the same day. Great customer service and only an hour wait for all my windows to get tinted. I will definitely be going to Glass Tint Erc. For all of my tinting needs in the future.

Came in expecting to just get a quote and have to schedule; told me he could knock it out real quick; and not even 30 mins later they were done! Super professional and great quality! Definitely recommend these guys

Had a train horn installed, didn't take long, drop off in the morning and pick up after noon. But had to return 2 more times for air leaks, each time they fixed it the tank was empty by the time I got home. Finally, instead of a 4th trip I decided to fix it myself and viola, 30 min later no leak and it's been holding pressure for 2 weeks now. Amazing what attention to detail will do. I really had high hopes for my experience with GTE this time.

Squeezed me in on a busy day! Tint looks great! Answered my questions. The only thing I would’t give the last star for was communication. I waited all day and showed up to find the car was complete. Maybe it had just been finished? It came real close to end of day putting me very nervous leaving my beautiful new car in a bad area over night. Or rushing to beat the closing time to pay.

fake promises and unrealistic expectations. called to confirm price and how i already had legal tint for my eyebrow and wanted to get two inches lower. showed up with a ride, paid, when to show him what i wanted, told me that he needed to charge me more and “wasnt giving it away”. what i think happened is that they saw what i drove and wanted to charge more.. i get making money, but when the expectation is i already had legal tint and wanted to go lower, had no problem charging my card, then when i asked to show him what i wanted, he wanted to charge more… this is not how business should be ran.

I won’t go anywhere else for my window tinting! 7 vehicles in, and I’ve never had one issue. They have always been fast, honest, and super nice.

Good quality of work but for the price you could find better. The owner and some of the people that have worked there for years could be better people once you get to know them.
