After having the recliners a couple of days, we decided the electric ones weren't for us. I dropped by and selected a couple manual chairs and chatted with the saleslady and the store manager about an exchange of chairs. They were most accommodating, and we set up an exchange. The chairs were delivered and the others taken. It was easy peasy, no hassle.
