"I had a disappointing experience at the Dollar Tree location in Alexandria, La. MacArthur Location. ?The store was a mess with overstocked items in unpacked boxes, making it nearly impossible to find anything. ?The shelves were empty, and the walkways were so cluttered that it was challenging to navigate. It's frustrating to visit a store with such disorganization and lack of available products. I hope they can improve their stocking and organization in the future."

Stuff is now 1.25 dollars and above upto 5 dollars here where previously it used to be a dollar only . Anyhow kids stuff was good ?

That's has to be the dirtiest most disorganized store I have ever been in and it has been that way since it first opened it's doors. The only reason it got 2 stars is because I did find some items that I haven't been able to find lately.

Half of the store has no products on the shelves. The inside is just as dirty and trashy looking as the outside. Employees were very unwelcoming. This was my first time going to this location and based on just the cleanliness, or lack thereof, and the bare shelves I won't be going to this location again. ?

Would like to acknowledge excellent service from an associate. I was looking for a certain Christmas Ornament and had already been to 2 other local Dollar Trees. Both locations basically said if you don't see it we either don't have it or we don't have time to look for it. To my surprise , (hopefully the name is correct,) Hortense offered to look in the warehouse and shortly thereafter came out with exactly what I needed .She seemed just as excited as I was that she found it. She took the time to help me when I'm sure there were other duties she could be doing. In fact after helping me she started sweeping around the front of the store. It's nice to see an employee take pride in their job. She is definitely an asset to Dollar Tree.
