This place was quite literally our savior! We were on a 4 hour drive and got a flat tire about 1.5 hours in. We called a couple places that didn’t answer. Then, we called Despino’s, and they picked up and said they could get us in immediately. As soon as we pulled up, they were ready to take the car into the garage. We waited inside (which was extremely nice with cushioned chairs, bar stools, magazines, vending machines, bathrooms, and very clean) for about 15 minutes while they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Luckily, we had an easy, quick fix (just needed the valve stem replaced) and had us back on the road in no time! From the lady on the phone to the mechanics working, everyone was very nice and helpful. Not to mention, this all happened 30 minutes before their closing time, but they were still happy to help!

Yesterday 5/28/24, I had my truck towed there ,to get greased and alignment, after I completely rebuilt the front end. I got nothing but run around and lies all day. I finally got a call at 5 pm saying my truck was ready. I went paid $123.31 &picked up my truck. The first thing I noticed looked like my tires were low.On the way home my front end was all over the road and worse than ever. This morning I took my truck to George Hauks. They called me before noon and said my truck was ready. They greased, aired my tires back up, and realign my front end for another $125.34, but my truck was perfect. I don't know if it was done purposely since this is the second time this has happened. Of if you need better mechanics. Though I have done business with you and recommend you to so many people. But never again. I'm tired of wasting my time and money with companies that can't respect and take care of loyal customers!!++

All the service writers at the main desk are very qualified in tire selection and knowledge of brands for your truck, car, trailer and UTV. Despino’s has also replaced Tie Rods on my truck. Mike, Nathan and Steve and the employees in the service areas have all helped me over the last 10 years since moving back to Cenla area. Customer service is the best I’ve had in our area. Back when I lived in Oregon there was Les Schwab Tires. Great Customer Service too. It’s nice to come back to Alexandria and receive even better service and sales. Thanks , Jason

The folks at Despino’s have very recently taken care of balancing and rotating my tires and fixing a flat for my sister just before closing on a Friday afternoon and new tires for my husband. Each time, they were quick and the young man working the desk was very polite and I felt like the prices were good. I would recommend them to my friends.
