Horrible experience. I waited in line 40 minutes in the drive thru only to pull up to the window at 1:29 when they closed for their 30 minute break. I then proceeded to wait there until 2:00 for them to reopen. They didn’t open the window until 2:10 and then STILL took forever to find my prescriptions.

The cvs app, the website, and the voice recording when I called, all states that the pharmacy closes at 10pm MondayFriday. Some of us drive from out of town and besides, we schedule our day to pick up prescriptions. It is absolutely inconvenient as well as cruel to lie to customers. Please fix this problem.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. When dropping off my mother’s prescription, the staff member at the drive-thru window lost my ID in the tubing system. After reporting it inside, both the staff and the manager treated me as though it were my fault. The manager refused to take my contact information and said he’d only call my mother if the ID was found. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was extremely disappointing.

Its one particular Employee by the name of Justin,every time I visit the CVS at the Jackson Street location he's always super friendly and helpful.Thanks for always been a top notch employee..2 thumbs up!

Drive-thru is rarely open. It's been several months. We moved my wife's prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. Walgreens is cheaper even though we have CVS insurance plan. I will be moving my prescriptions soon, also.

Terrible place, pharmacy is always 10-20 minutes late opening in the morning because employees are late. They still make you have a loyalty card to get anything on sale. Filthy parking lot! I would go anywhere else but here!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Hours say open until 10.
I got there at 9:35 and they are already closed. My prescription was ready, and it was urgent.
I drove half an hour to get IT. FOR THEM TO CLOSE 25 MINUTES EARLY.

I have come to know, love and trust CVS OTC products. I bought Biotin 10,000 mcg for a second time this trip because they help with brittle fingernails more than Biotin of lower mcg. I was taking 5,000 mcg Gummies before, but I like 10,000 mcg in this tiny soft gel. It's much easier to take.

I want to know the hours of operation! I call the store to find out because THE HOURS POSTED HERE ON GOOGLE AND THE WEBSITE are wrong!
So I'm supposed to know that I won't remember the hours and ask the associate at the pharmacy and not forget?
This is HORRIBLE customer service for overpriced convenience? I'll just move my prescriptions to another provider and NEVER VISIT THIS CHAIN.

Went to urgent care and had my prescriptions sent to CVS on Jackson as usual. Went to pick them up and they were closed at 7:30 when the sign says 8pm, the internet says 10pm and the phone also says 10pm. Now I have to wait 12.5 hours to get my medicine… RIDICULOUS! I will be changing pharmacies.
