This pharmacy is unbelievably incompetent. Ok they may be short handed but so are the rest of us. I feel so sorry for elderly people and others who don't understand the complexity of having the pharmacy fax the order to refill the medicine(then they forget to do it) then calling the MD's office because supposedly they didn't respond (but they really did) then calling back the pharmacy. I waited an hour on hold for someone to pick up the phone at CVS and finally hung up. This whole process is unacceptable. Something has got to give.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! The ladies at the window are always rude and take forever! I understand everyone is understaffed however, human decency, customer service, and communication should be at least considered when we wait in line for 30min just to be told the prescription we dropped off hours ago is not even in stock. My advice... Drive across town to a different location!!

4 days. My doctor called in my prescription 4 days ago and it is still not ready. This is by far the worst tan pharmacy in the world.
