I had an amazing experience with the customer service young man I met at this store on the 9th of January 2024. He gave me all the information I needed and then told me to call the 611 no so I could get further assistance.I spoke with Ellysa on the phone when I called 611, and it was one of the best conversations I've had with customer service on phone ever. She and the young man I met at the store (I forgot his name, but he looks asian) gave me the best service, the best answer, and the solution to what I needed. They both deserve a 5star, I tell you.My family has 5 numbers with cricket, and I am glad to be a cricket mobile family.

I called about a Nokia phone I need service for she said they don’t have those phones. I didn’t need a phone I need a line I need a card. But she politely hung up on me.

Basically AT&T but cheaper; I still get great service for the fraction of the price. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before they serviced us but it pretty much was a fast port-in.

In store customer service and customer service over the phone or Internet are all the same company yet completely different entities. Neither knows what the others are doing and will get out of assisting in any helpful way by always pointing you towards the other option as the one to talk to. By the end you spent hours talking to many people in person and in other countries and still no solve to the problem. And unfortunately no one else to go to because no one seems to be actually responsible to solve the problem and just send you off with a shrug. Unfortunately he really can't beat their family plan so because it's what I can afford for me and my three kids I'm stuck with it and have to take the disadvantages that come with the affordable pricetag.
