Quick load ups and unloads. Friendly people working. And also has available room for anyone who may need to store any type of product or tractors maybe for there jobs.

Office staff extremely nice. However, forklift operators are not nice or helpful. Attitude (bad) gets you nowhere with people.

Been sitting for 4 hours on the dock. Still not loaded. Sad and slow.

Horrible place to get in and out of and get into docks, city streets are all one way and they will overload you here go the extra distance back to the Loves to get weighed and avoid a ticket.

On the plus side they got me loaded within 2 hours and it looks like there is space on the road leading up to the facility to park overnight if you have to. On the downside the weight that’s on the BOL is not the correct weight. The paperwork said 42,000 lbs but in reality when I went to scale I was close to 45,000 lbs. The other issue with the weight is that it was not evenly loaded. With tandems all the way to the front and a quarter tank of fuel I was at 33,660 on the drive axle. There is no nearby scale either so if you have to go back to get reworked I guarantee you will lose at least another 3-4 hours. The last thing is that they don’t have normal docks. They basically have an outdoor elevated concrete section and they use portable metal ramps to be able to get in and out of the trailer. This doesn’t sound bad but this used to be a dock to load trains and the rails are still there. You need to slide your tandems all the way foreword to clear the rails so your trailer actually touches the dock. This is so backwards, your supposed to have your tandems slid back while loading. Company drivers probably don’t care about this but if you own your own truck you know how much strain it puts on your clutch and axles when trying to slide a 45,000 lb load. Also take turns in this area very wide, it’s tight around here. All in all this is one of those last resort kinds of places, heavy loads, cheap rate, unpractical loading procedure in a very outdated warehouse.

Difficult place to get to with a large truck. No phone answer for directions on this day. But, the unload time was good AND they were friendly. I'd go back!

DROVE 130 MILES , I SHOULD SAY , RUSHED 130 MILES TO MAKE IT THERE AT 2:45PM . EMPLOYEES WOULD NOT LOAD ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE ON TIME. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I KNOW THEY ARE TRYING TO GET HOME ON A FRIDAY, BUT AREN'T WE ALL? THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO ANY WORK AND TO HELP DRIVERS OUT. HORRIBLE PLACE.
