My experience has been very bad with the delivery from Conns. I received a floor model Samsung 4 door refrigerator that some scratched from the time of my accepting the floor model and reviewing for the scratches were more. There was very minor scratches at the store. When I received my delivery, the delivery personnel came 2 hours earlier then what I agreed on. The delivery crew was rushing me when trying to inspect my items. There were 4 additional scratches on the refrigerator that was not there when I agreed to the purchased and inspected the refrigerator. When I tried to report the issue to conns support, they sent me picture of a total different refrigerator and said that it was the one that I received. Whoever’s purchase from Conns in the future, I will advise you to take pictures when you purchase your items before they leave the store and totally refuse the items if they arrive at your resident with any damage in addition to what you agreed upon. The first two pictures is the refrigerator I received. The last picture is the one Conns support service is saying I received this is not my refrigerator. The scratches are totally different.

**WOW JUST WOW***
CONN'S REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!! YOUR ALEXANDRIA CONN'S TEAM ARE ALL RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
NOW I HAD TO CANCEL MY WHOLE DELIVERY THAT I WAITED OVER TWO WEEKS FOR!! THEY CLAIMED THE MAIN GATE TO BASE WAS CLOSED AND COULDN'T GET ON. THE MAIN GATE THAT IS OPEN 24/7 AND THE COMMERCIAL GATE THAT IS OPEN 24/7. GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND CALLED SINCE 9 THAT SOMEONE WAS ON THE WAY TO GET CALLED BACK AGAIN SAYING OH WE CAN'T DELIVER TODAY HOW ABOUT WE DO IT MONDAY? REALLY I ALREADY WAITED TWO DAYS IN THE HOUSE AND CANCELLED ALL MY PLANS FOR TWO DAYS AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL MY PLANS FOR A THIRD DAY!!!??? THE FURNITURE ISN'T EVEN WORTH IT ANYMORE.
I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE ELSE HAS A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN THE ONE THAT I HAVE BEEN HAVING!!!

This is the worse Conn's I've ever had to deal with and my husband and I been dealing with Conn's for over 10 years. The lack of communication and actual care for their customers is is ridiculous. I already had to wait for over two weeks for my furniture to be delivered. SMH. Now not only did they not tell me they had to have it delivered from yet another city but waited until late afternoon to tell me that they don't deliver in my area unless it's Wednesday and Saturday. I cancelled going to my son's award ceremony ( both the of them) to sit around waiting for them. Called and no one answered the number that called me. Finally in the afternoon someone contacted me to tell me that my delivery was not on the truck going out today. That someone else would contact me with details about delivery. That's when I got all the stuff about the truck doesn't come out to my area. That is was sent to another store for delivery and on and on excuses why it's been over two weeks of me still waiting to get stuff from this place. This was completely a waste of my time and money.

Corey is rude and very unprofessional!!!
I called twice about my furniture and Corey was so rude.
I asked to speak with the shift manager or supervisor about my furniture as I knew the sales people were not going to be able to assist me with the issue.
After I asked what time would the supervisor be in he rudely hung up on me. That's after he didn't even say who he was or name.
I called back and the lady that answered transferred me back to Corey, which I asked again about a manager and he said...
Yeah that's me what's up.
Oh ok can I get your name.
Oh yeah it's Corey what's up.
I start to explain the situation and he proceeded to burp loudly into the phone then laugh. So I continued to which he said
Hahaha my bad I just burped. Oh excuse me my bad. So what's up.
If this is how your manager's act over the phone you need to retrain.
No I'm not over exaggerating this is or anything. I had a very valid issue that I was hoping the manager would help me resolve yet I received rudeness from the shift manager.
Glad this will be my first and only time having to deal with Conn's in Alexandria on Masonic Rd ( in the parking lot of the mall)
