Dropped $140 there and look at my reciept, what the hell is a $5.53 customer service charge and when did I agree to that?My response to the credit card fee: Then you need to get a new credit card provider, or whoever runs that, or incorporate that into your prices. No one even mentioned it, post it up at the register.

Now before I post this review I have to say that I have made friends with the owner Jamal before I knew about his shop but that doesnt matter because he handles business like it should be!!!!! Always helpful no matter what the question is about different products and always stands behind his product. They have so much to offer from Vape mods to fine cigars etc. This is my place of choice. I have purchased hundreds of dollars in his shop from juice to cigars to pipes and pipe tobacco etc. This is the real deal and very friendly

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. If you are as confused as I was on CBD, delta 8, and all the different strains, and what you actually want or need. They will take the time and actually consult with you. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable in the products they carry. Thanks BROZ!!

Usually I receive great customer service but today when I went (which was just a few mins ago) there was 3 young people working and one of the young boy with blond hair mocked me which is something a toddler does newsflash. I didnt even ask for a name I just walked right out because that was bluntly disrespectful. Its so hard to find a reliable smoke shop and when you do, the young people who don’t know what respect is gets hired there. Ridiculous ??

I live in Jonesville I drive to Alex just to visit BROZ. Awesome staff they have a full line of products I'm going back to buy a new legend II MOD the price was right and reasonable
