Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my concerns and needs were addressed. I purchased 2 rockers. They are very comfy and so far are very satisfied with them. Thankful for the helpful staff. Carey, Alfred, Eugene, Jonathan. You guys were great.

My boyfriend and I stopped by yesterday. The salesman approached us and was telling jokes, which was fine. I told him we were looking for a sectional and he says "This one you're looking at is a sectional". I said I didn't really care for it. He leaned toward my partner and said "I feel for you man", and shook his head (yeah, really). I tried to ignore it and went to the next sectional, passing quickly bc it wasn't what I was looking for. He sighs deeply and turns toward my boyfriend, shaking his head again. I'm not exaggerating. We had excellent customer service experiences at every other furniture store. Steer clear of this one.

They sold our first love seat and couch. The one they delivered has a malfunction on one of the recliners. They came out to fix it but determined it has to be picked up to figure out the problem. Now they have a part on order for months even though the guy didn’t know what malfunction is. They refuse to swap it out for the faulty one. So much for the slogan on the awning “Our goal is customer satisfaction”. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience. Walk whole store and no one tried to help. We finally got someone and told them what we were looking for and they straight up told us - oh you got more money to spend - and kept showing us stuff higher than we wanted or asked to spend. Went back the next day and they still were saying oh you have more money and they refused to deal with my wife , because they knew I was the one with the money not her!! Who says that to people!!! I felt stereotype because we are a mixed gay couple and I also felt like they refused to work with us for the same reason. I will never shop there again and will never recommend them .

Browns is the only store in the central Louisiana area that sells Lazy Boy furniture.

After visiting all of the furniture stores in Alexandria, I returned to Browns to make my final decision. They were very patient with me. I never felt pressured to make a decision. They had a great selection that was in stock! Now we have 2 comfortable Lazy Boy recliners for our RV!! Prices were very reasonable as well.

We purchased two lazy boy recliners a week ago. We got home and hated them! Today I spoke with Mr Bob (awesome guy) who allowed us to exchange for much more comfortable recliners. Our salesman, Ricky, was amazing both times in the store. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! On the other hand, the sales manager was a complete j**** Our first visit, we heard him curse at two of the employees. Today when we went to exchange the chairs, he would not even talk to us. When walking out my husband waved at him several times (just to test the waters) and he wouldn’t even acknowledge him. I would never deal with him again...EVER!
