This store employees has no idea what is on sale and what isn't . unfortunately they clearly do not know there inventory. If the sign states buy 2 get 1 free then that's how it should be . I spent $354.98 and bought 2 pair of jeans on the rack that were $69 for each pair . I should have gotten another for free. When I looked at my recipe I explained my findings to the cashier,and told them exactly where the rack was I got them. The cashier didn't want to do anything and said.......Well come in Monday and talk to my manager . I live in Jena 45 min drive.

I love their selection of boots, myself personally I would recommend the Cody James work boots, their little pricey but worth it. They also have a good selection of coveralls. You can get a nice pair of carhartts under $100. One of the staff members even took time to help me search through the overalls to find me a pair. Nice place to shop nice atmosphere good people that work there.

The store was very unorganized and the floor looked like it had never been vacuumed. The last 2 times I went in the dressing rooms there were pins, trash, and dust all over the floor and got a pin stuck in my foot and the other time I had to pick up a bunch of pins on the floor just so my toddler could try clothes on and not step on one. The bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper or paper towels in them.

Went in just to browse, and a gentlemen I believe named Cole helped me realize I needed the Rocky Twisted X work boots after showing me the popular choice for non slip oil resistant work style western boot…he put them on hold for me and when I came to pick them up Chasity as very helpful in explaining the Alloy tip option and getting my order ready…she also recommended some men’s cologne which I decided I needed as well! We had some issues with my online order payment, and even tho I thought I would have to come back another day, which I was really bummed about, Chasity was able to help me sort out my issue with patience even tho it was closing time and I was able to leave with my items. She handled a last minute purchase with class and kindness. Thanks y’all, I love boot barn far more than the competitors, both for the selection and the staff!

What the prices! Price said one thing, bar code rang up higher price. Probably just a simple mistake. I needed to exchange what I purchased, got the same thing, same price tag, just a different size... because I used a gift card on the first item, the manager wanted to charge me the amount of the gift card... what? I'm doing an even exchange!! Maybe they weren't trained properly? I don't know!It wasn't my fault the item was prices wrong, and I'm sorry I purchased something for someone who can't come to the store, so guessing a size is what I have to do!

This store was extremely HOT & STUFFY! As if the air-conditioning was off completely. Size options are a must! Limited stock store wide. Absolutely no plus size clothing. I was treated rudely whenever I didn't understand the level of difference in cowboy hat sizes in a store I had never been in. I was rudely told that apparently the available sizes don't go past size 8,"which are not in stock at all" & completely Unavailable btw. Whenever this was the size I was trying to find to purchase. Then this woman slowly followed me around as if I was trying to steal something. Not offering assistance after with anything else asked The Lady working there wasn't pleasant to deal with. On the other hand, the young gentleman working there was the complete opposite. Very helpful and attentive to our assistance in shopping for family members. Hundreds of dollars spent but, I definitely won't return. Hopefully y'all can fix the air-conditioning & retrain that lady employee more in the common courtesy of customer service. Good Luck
