My phone shut down on me last month of September hadn't had the phone quite a year what is to the store at boost Mobile tried to get them to fix it they wouldn't even look at it yet told me I qualified for an upgrade so now I have a new phone that I had to buy I qualify for the government assistance program with my monthly phone bill and only supposed to pay $30 yet now in October they charged me the full $60 I am not pleased do not use boost Mobile unless you absolutely have to you get in there and you can't get out I will try a different phone company in the near future boost Mobile makes me unhappy ??

Arielle, why does she work there? She is absolutely dumb when it come to anything in there. She's very rude she quote me 2 different prices on the same phone. Didn't know how to help me transf6my Gmail to my phone. Let me leave with case an screen protector in the bag. I thought they were supposed to put all that on for you. Then my total was 124 and some change and she told me she don't give change! This business needs to be closed everytime I come its always something!!! Wish there was another location I could visit. Been with boost well over 10 years and it's getting worse

Paid phone bill someone cut my phone off. The other boost mobile on MacArthur Drive they got my phone back on she suspending my phone after I paid my bill
