Absolutely screwed me over, I live 30 minutes from town and was in need of an a/c resistor, the man who answered the phone told me he had one in stocks and that the store didn't close until nine so I had time to make it. I pull into the parking lot at 8:20, walk to the door, and it's lock. Not only did the website say "open until 9:00" , but the man on the phone DIRECTLY LIED to me say they didn't close until nine. Normally this wouldn't be to big of an issue for me if I had already been in town, but it costed me an hour of my time and sixty miles out of my tank. This was extremely rediculous and uncalled for, we'll see if I ever waste gas going to advanced auto parts again

Let me start by saying if I could give this place 1 million stars I would. I’m a hotshot trucker and I was coming down 49 almost to Alexandria. When all of a sudden my water pump sees breaking the belt and the water pump. I look at the clock. It’s 10 o’clock so I called Autozone and talk to panda. I tell him my situation he takes me into consideration. Let me buy the parts over the phone and Alex another worker at this Autozone brought me the parts 13 miles away. All I can say is how thankful I was for them how much they blessed me. They went out of their way so that I could get back on my way is great customer service. Thank you again, Alex and Panda.

They need to stock more motorcycle oils in 20w-50 like Royal Purple full synthetic n black K&N filters for Harleys. Otherwise it's a great place but a little pricey for a small town.
