My home AC quit working and I needed a start capacitor. Showed up right at closing, lights were turned off and the alarm set. The owner/manager turned light back on and found my part for me. Extremely nice and great customer service. Would highly recommend doing business here.

Very overpriced parts.Example. Lowes had a stove element for sale online for 21.5Theirs cost me 71.29.I only bought it because I had a house full of people that needed to eat.I walked in and they were building something between the door and the counter. I had to weave and bob to get to the counter.The person behind the counter was very polite and helpful.

Be sure you ask about their refund and return policy on any part you purchase. We purchased a part for $218.00 which was defective. Their repairman told us it would cheaper to replace the appliance rather then fixing it. Called about returning the part for a refund. The employee told us they would exchange the defective part with a new one but they wouldn't refund the cost of the part. This business has a very good reputation so we were very disappointed in them.
