I just had to say goodbye to my sweet cookie. She was 16 yrs old and was the best dog I ever had. I boarded cookie and Dino at Animal medical center on Coliseum Boulevard by Saint Rita’s, from June 11 - 21. I went to see my daughter and grandkids , that I haven’t seen in over 18 months because of covid. I gave them two healthy dogs and got back one that was almost dead. I told them that cookie is incontinent I needed extra care, they said no problem. The dogs where is soaked in urine and cookie could not even stand up , she was so smelly and dirty . Her eyes were Gunked closed and her ears were filthy, i just bathed and cleaned her before i brought them in. If anyone is thinking about boarding your loving pets there , I’ld think twice.

Animal Medical Center was absolutely wonderful. The staff is so loving and caring. Our regular vet wouldn’t see our dog in an emergency, so I called this place. They told me to bring her in immediately. She will definitely be getting her care from here from now on. Highly recommended.
