Like most places you move into nothing will be 100% ready but what makes it matter is having a team that’s readily available to help you and i can definitely say the maintenance and office team are definitely that with any issue/problem! Thanks for making things a breeze with moving and helping me when needed for any maintenance problems!

The maintenance men here are Awesome. When I submit a request they always handle the situation in a timely manner. Yesterday Sunday water was leaking from upstairs and Charles came right out and took care it. Today Donald and Randy was here checking making sure everything was okay and taken care of. Thanks you guys for doing a great job ?

My experience here has been nothing short of horrible. When I moved in last month, my tubs were dirty and hadn’t been resurfaced. The refrigerator was dirty. There were old peeling vents in here. However, I’ll take responsibility for this because I didn’t tour the unit before signing lease. I will say maintenance quickly repaired what they could. However, there was a temp fix for tubs. Something was sprayed on tubs that quickly started peeling. I alerted management on day of move in about tubs. I went in the ofc 3 times before someone was actually scheduled to come resurface my tubs.
There was then an issue with flies and roaches. I was told by 3 different ppl, I would be put on pest control list before pest control finally came out.
Lastly, the couple above me fights constantly. The male tenant stomps so hard when walking through the apt, it sounds like he’s coming through my ceiling. I have learned his schedule so I can sleep when he’s either not there or asleep. I went to talk to him hoping he would see I’m an older lady and would have sympathy. NOT! It made him stomp even harder. I’ve called the office many times(no answer unless I block my number). I’ve talked to the asst mgr. I’ve emailed and talked to the mgr and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. I was told to call security officer so I did only to be told by officer, she no longer works here. I was told to buy a camera and record them. Why should I have to do that?
I’ve lived beneath ppl so I’m used to that part. The noise these ppl make all hrs of the night is mentally and physically taking a toll on me. I’m not comfortable in my own place. On weekends, I don’t even stay here so that I’m not listening to someone purposely doing things that sound like he’s coming through ceiling. My grandkids are too afraid to stay anymore because of tenants above me. I made everyone in the office aware of this, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done.
I’ve called so many times and 99% of the time, there’s no answer. I started emailing because I can’t get anyone on the phone. My emails are ignored as well. The only time I can get something halfway taken care of is when I go in the ofc. I shouldn’t have to go through all of this to get this taken care of.
I wanted to give 0 or 1 star but because Andria is actually nice and finally got my tubs done & sent pest control here, I’m give it 2 stars. However, my issues with noisy tenants upstairs has been completely ignored.
The apartment itself is nice. Other than the ppl upstairs, it’s quiet back here. However, as soon as I can, I’m moving. It’s obvious to me, my well being as a tenant, isn’t priority.

I was a bit skeptical about customer service there but Ms Kathy made everything all better! I appreciate her assistance in helping my daughter get her an apartment. Very nice complex and reasonable pricing.

NOT KID FRIENDLY! It smells like weed outside the apartment and inside the apartment. I keep telling them I have two small kids that it smells like weed at certain times of the day and they don’t believe me won’t bother to say anything to my neighbors either. Maintenance team is great except for when they hire outside people to do the job. One guy came and brought his mom?! She didn’t even work for him he just showed her our apartment! We had a huge mold issue same guy just kept spraying it with paint primer until I called corporate. They are very slow when it comes to issues they put it off like it isn’t important. Neighbors are normally quiet. Only issue is with the office not caring about my kids living in a healthy home environment!

No help whatsoever. When you call the office they will put you on hold and not return calls. The bridge traffic is worth the hour drive every day just to avoid the headache of this place. Will be moving out when my lease ends. They also do not honor referals and the advertised discounts.
