I can't say enough great things about this location. My Escalade was having issue's on January 1st, and Meaghan went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to get back on the road. Worst service ever, the “store manager”Who was there talked down to me like I was stupid when I was just trying to find a part? It said they have two of them online and when I called they said the part didn’t exist and when I went to the store they said they didn’t have any so they also need to fix their inventory will not be shopping here again I don’t care what position you are in the company you shouldn’t be treated like I’m stupid just because he was the “store manager”

Went in ready to drop $200 on a new battery. They ran some tests and I left only needing a terminal cleaning. Rare to find a company willing to give up a few hundred to satisfy a guests needs

Harley is the best. My husband came in today to get a battery and was told on the phone they would not put it in because it would take too long. Harley told him when i got there Mr. Howard i can put it on in 20 minutes. He offered to buy him lunch for his help and Harley said Mr. Howard thanks but im just doing my job. Harley you are the n man. THANKS

Worst AutoZone I ever been to.Customer service is the worst !!! They work and act like if they hate being they’re, not helpful at all. I came in to get my battery checked the guy with the worst attitude grabbed the machine to check, went in my car didn’t even ask me if that my was car. Did the report didn’t even dare to tell me what was going on. Couple minutes later he printed the report handed to me and said “can you get of the register way” I grabbed my stuff and left. Never coming back and definitely not making any more purchases there.
