“This business went above and beyond to help fix a vibration issue I was having. I initially came in because I had a tear in the side wall of one of my tires which were about 2 years old. I figured I just replace the 1 and in another year or 2 when the rest of the tires were worn out I would replace the set. Over the next several months the other 3 original tires were getting the crack/tear in the side walls on both inside and outside walls. These tires were Goodyear Eagle tires purchased from a 3 letter tire company which I will never give my business to ever again. I ended up getting each one replaced as the tears appeared. I noticed I was getting a significant vibration when on the interstate accelerating above 65mph. I got an alignment done and was told by Firestone that the rear tires had a ridge on one tire and valley on another. I took it back to Northshore tire and they went to rebalanced the rear tires and noticed my after market rims were severely dented from pothole which was the likely cause of the vibration. Oscar brought me to the back to show me how the rim was spinning in a bumpy manner. I ended up purchasing new rims from Oscar who gave me a discounted price which I compared to online shops for same wheels. When they replaced the wheels the stock lugs didn't fit the narrow opening of the wheels lug holes so he ordered new lugs (black) to match my wheels and didn't charge me for them. Oscar said to let him know if I still had the vibration and he would replaced the rear tires. The vibration, although less severe, was still present. I brought it back the next day and he replaced the tires. I dont know if any other business would go that far for a customer but Northshore Tires did. I appreciate Oscar and his team for all the work they put into trying to fix my issue. I absolutely recommend this business and will be putting the word out when I hear someone looking for tires.”

“I was in Abita visiting my dad who had a medical scare. Dad's safety inspection expired December 2023, he was worried about a fine if he got stopped once he is cleared to drive. I drove to Abita Full Service to obtain a safety inspection for dad. Let me say my dad was not happy that he had to be a passenger in his truck. The service at Abita Full Service was fast & friendly. I was able to get my old dad home quicker so he'd stop complaining about his daughter driving him around in his truck. Haha. Thanks!”

“They changed the cracked radiator on my car. When I got home it was leaking on my driveway and my hood was broke. I could not pop my hood to see what was going on. So I dropped it back off and they apologized several times and fixed everything and made it right. A person that owns up to their mistakes is good with me. No one is perfect. I will take my car there again.”
