I was in Abita visiting my dad who had a medical scare. Dad's safety inspection expired December 2023, he was worried about a fine if he got stopped once he is cleared to drive. I drove to Abita Full Service to obtain a safety inspection for dad. Let me say my dad was not happy that he had to be a passenger in his truck. The service at Abita Full Service was fast & friendly. I was able to get my old dad home quicker so he'd stop complaining about his daughter driving him around in his truck. Haha. Thanks!

Called to find out how late brake tags are issued. Was told five. Arrived at 4:55, admittedly close to the cut off time but that's why I called, when I walked in I was told he just left. Was told to come back the next day. When I went back the next day I was told they didn't have any tags. Things should be confirmed before telling people answers so that their time and gas is not wasted. People make mistakes, I get it, but this service just didn't work out for me.

Very quick and friendly service. Had a blow out the Monday before a 10 hour road trip on Thursday. Ordered the tire on Monday afternoon and had it done by Tuesday afternoon, well in time for my road trip.Service: Auto tire replacement

I understand not doing brake tag inspections when it's pouring rain but to turn me away when the sun was starting to come out is not OK. There were no more hazards or anything at all really to stop the inspection from happening. I have very limited time to do anything because of my work schedule and this needed to be done. And as a former military police officer who has much knowledge of Louisiana law, I know for a fact there was no justifiable reason to have turned me away and I will not be ever going to this location for anything and will never recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the fact that when I walk in there were 3 employees relaxing and chit chatting and not a single one acknowledged my existence whatsoever and the person who finally talked to me walked straight passed me and didn't even look in my direction when talking. I don't write reviews like this ever but this was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with a business in my entire life.

Good service but charge extra if propane tank too small charged extra for oil because they don't know engine capacity. A Ford v10 is 6qt capacity not 7 .beware
