The lady that was working at the window today has a major attitude problem. According to the app all my medications were ready and it said nothing about partials. When I got my medication I only received partial of my insulin and 2 others that I'm completely out of wasn't ready And she said it'll take a few days And when I asked her where was the rest of my medicine she got angry with me. She made me lose trust in this pharmacy.

If I could give this Walgreens a -10 review I would. Absolutely terrible every single time I have to deal with them. Nobody in the pharmacy has any idea what they’re doing and they are beyond unprofessional and rude. Two separate times I’ve been on hold for so long that I inevitably just drove over there and when I walked back to the pharmacy I literally watched them purposefully ignore the phone. Someone needs to do something about this location because it’s absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to operate like this.

If I'm second in line for drive through, I should not be waiting OVER 20 mins, Just to drop off a prescription. I got there about 12 and had to drive off 12:27 , without dropping it off. I had an appointment to get to. I couldn't keep waiting.

Pharmacy is the slowest and rudest I've ever been, consistently!!! Shopped their for almost a year before I changed to Thriftyway in abbeville. They care about customer service and ur business, unlike WALGREENS IN ABBEVILLE

I was there this morning (Abbeville) and saw that not one worker was wearing a mask?? There were workers that came and stood next to you (not 6 ft) and would not move out of the way for me to get to the shelf. When I went to check out I asked the checkout person (short light hair) why they were not wearing masks as this was a pharmacy. She said that they were essential workers (non answer). At the end of checking I gave her myWalgreens discount card. It would not go thru. I tried it again and it still would not go thru. She told me my total sales. I said for her to enter my phone number and she told me that I had not told it to her. She had not requested it. She then told me that that was not her job!!! I was ready to walk out of the store when another clerk came and took over. Very nice and very pleasant and checked me out giving me all of the discounts. I will not return to Walgreen's again, except to return an article which was way overpriced.

I bought 176 dollars of stuff around Christmas. Forgot I needed 100 for a bill. I literally walked right back in for them to credit my debit card. H I w long do u think they KEEPING MY MONEY? Let me shop there and tell cashier she will get paid in 21 days! You think they would like that? They told me for instant refund I turned right around because I needed.. I am still waiting and OF COURSE THAT WAS WAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Basically they"can't do anything" .. Really? I bet if it was their money at Christmas they would have gotten it back quick fast n in a hurry. Only the PUBLUCS MONEY they like to keep

Some of the pharmacy staff is so rude!!!If you can't smile and be friendly to your customers or even fake it,you shouldn't be dealing with the public!!!

Wow talking about slow. Don't bother going thru the drive thru lane. Takes more than 45 minutes. They have 2 lanes but only one clerk working on it than what the point of 2 lanes?
