I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Horrible customer service. I understand this man was by himself or so it seemed. he was with a customer I walked in never got a “hello, i’ll be with you shortly” NOTHING. atleast acknowledge your customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location doesn’t care about taking care of customers. They only care about getting paid and then if you have issues, zero solutions offered to resolve the issue. No follow up by the salesperson on my order which resulted in losing out on the promotion offered. They are GREAT at telling you what they can’t do.

Well let me just say this..Dennon our sales rep is the absolute best. He stayed past closing hours to finish up our issue and did not rush us or even make me feel rushed. He gave us his phone number and said to call any time we had a question. When I did this dude responded. We have been long time verizon customers for like 20 yrs and this is the 1st time I have ever had such a wonderful experience. If you need a new phone or need to make changes Dennon is your guy. Go see him...you won't be disappointed!!!

Horrible customer service. She said that she needed my ID to buy a phone outright. When I asked her why? She yelled out " If you're going to be rude, you can go buy a phone somewhere else "! Girl, get out of sales, come back when you learn some manners.

Very poor customer service! Traded a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra with no cracks or issues for a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. Went back 3 days later to return the phone because I found a better phone at a better price at another Verizon. Was told they would take back the S22 charge me a restock fee and I can't have my S20 back to do a trade in somewhere else and it was my loss. Been a customer here for years and never had this much trouble. I will never use this store for any service ever again I would rather drive 35 minutes to another Verizon retailer!

This Verizon retailer was very helpful, went in to upgrade all 4 phones, everything was good until the taxes and activation fees totalled $470. It wasn't this stores fault.
