Mr. Brady and the whole staff are kind, helpful, and quick to respond. They helped answer so many of the questions I didn’t even realize I had when I got into an accident last week. Couldn’t recommend them more highly for a tow, repair, or estimate!

Been using this tow company soly for like 5 years now. Payed $85 to have my vehicles actually towed from Lafayette to Henry for that price, just payed $65 to get pulled outta my own yard in erath and not towed anywhere..... Brady what's the inflation man

They were not called to pick my car up, they showed up on scene right when I hung up with with another company to come to get it and they loaded my car up I'm new to the area I didn't realize it was different company then what I called. I asked will I be able to go get my things out of my car or would I have to pay and I was told to show up with proper identification and that's all I needed. Told me to grab the necessities out of it like my son's carseat my purse I didn't grab everything bc I was told I could go get my things with o my MY ID. I called Southside to go get my things and they told me Truman towed it not them and that's when I realized my car wasnt where I thought and now I have to pay the fee they told me I didn't have to when the picked it up. I'm a single mom who's son had a bag of clothes in the truck along with mine and important paperwork in the glove box. If I was told the correct information at pick up I would of grabbed those items because I can't afford the fee OR new clothes OR to get the paperwork out. All I ask is to be told the right information when I ask.

I love this place. The most friendly helpful employees I have ever worked with. They took the time to go over everything I needed done with my car. They helped me with the insurance company to get my car back to the way it was before accident. They even called to keep me posted on the progress and called to make sure everything was good after it was fixed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs car repairs.
