Heather was wonderful to work with! However I cannot say the same about John Doucet (finance manager). He did not take us seriously, belittled us like we had failed a test in school, and then loudly told us to GOOGLE IT when we tried telling him that a 10% interest rate seemed high with someone who has mid 700s score and previous car loans. He then stated that if we had a down payment of course it’d help the rate but when we mentioned putting $10k down he stuttered and ran backwards saying it would only help the rate .5%. We are not stupid, and didn’t appreciate being talked down to like we were.

Mrs. Jessica was so sweet I was going in for a 2017 Malibu but she said I have u a 2020 Malibu so I go in to sign and she said she had a surprise I got approved for a 2025 Chevy Trax she went above and beyond to help me out she brought smiles to everyone

I found the truck on Cars dot com. I called the dealership to enquire the truck. Salesperson Joe Taravella answered the call. Mr. Taravella was very helpful and informative about the truck I was interested in. He also walked me through the trade in process, pricing, and finance options over the phone. Shortly, the deal was made and my wife and I made the two and a half hour drive to Ray Chevrolet. We met Mr. Taravella and he had everything waiting for us to quickly complete the deal. This buying experience from Ray Chevrolet, Mr. Joe Taravella was by far the best. Thank you.

Ms. Theresa was a huge contributor to me buying this vehicle. She was consistent and caring. Received several emails from her about the vehicle. She got the proccess going and contacted me when it was ready. Awesome Lady!!!Ms Heather was very thorough and helpful throughout the signing of the vehicle. Another Awesome Lady. Now I was kinda shocked and surprised at the same time to know that the vehicle I was purchasing wasn't the one that I went for. Overall I love what everyone has done to make sure my experience was exceptional. Thanks Ray for welcoming me into the family. The vehicle is amazing and I am truly enjoying the experience of owning my first brand new vehicle.

The guys in the back did an awesome job taking care of car needs. But I didn’t like the fact the person take was checking out my wife tried to sale new tries to her. And she kept telling him that the ones we have was only a year old but he insisted that she needed new ones. He failed to realize that she tells me everything so I am saying next time before trying to sale anything to someone check the records first.
