So unprofessional the lady at the desk in this place. Denied to give grooming services to my dog by giving excuses, any business is allowed to refused to offer their services if they don’t want but at least be honest, my dog is 135 pounds and I understand it’s difficult, he is good and docile tho! They have canceled my appointment two times with no reason given and then the last time they made me go there to tell me that the groomer was sick, they said they just could cut the nails that day, I said “yes please at least do that” and then suddenly they neither couldn’t do it. Don’t make people loose their time with lies, you can just say “find another groomer, we just want to do easy work”

The staff who do the grooming are very unprofessional and I have every reason to also say that they are liars who play with clients' time. First they accepted and confirmed the appointment but then they canceled it the same day without giving me reasons, then when I complained to them they gave me the excuse that the person in charge of doing the grooming had gotten sick urgently. I made an appointment again for another day and they also confirmed it by text message but when I arrived at the location at the agreed time they gave me a thousand excuses of all kinds to tell me that they couldn't. The real problem is that my dog is very big and they DO NOT WANT to take care of him, simple as that. But instead of telling me the truth they prefer to lie and waste my time. I don't give them zero because it is not possible but they leave with only one star due to lack of professionalism

The manager of this location really knows her stuff. Her suggestion to switch dog food was spot on. My dogs love the food I switched to. Thanks for the suggestion, young lady.
