I found my Nacho with the owner of this business. It was meant to be after my dog Trixie passed. I rather Karon Kennels work and atmosphere. They do a good job and Nacho is not so nervous with them. I got exactly what I asked for. They did a good grooming job and they filed his nails like I like. They didn't leave it long and scratchy. Both him and I are just more comfortable with Karon Kennels. Everyone who works there gives that special touch. I'm very satisfied and I went back in to tell them I will keep coming to them.

I am upset and angry about the lack of consideration I received regarding my wedding planning. My little dog is in the ceremony and I came in 8 weeks prior to meet with our groomer to discuss the look we wanted and have a preparatory cut. I made the final appointment for 10 days before my wedding and when I arrived on that day she had gone on vacation, nobody had called me and the groomer that was there told me the only thing she knows how to do is shave.. so I drove 2 hours on a day that I was very busy and did not receive the service did I had scheduled. A phone call at any point including on that day would have made a huge difference for me but I got zero service from these people aside from having wasted the time and money on the first appt. Additionally they only accept cash or checks made out to cash so it's not very professional. I suggest if your pets grooming is actually important to you, go somewhere else.
