“The two owners are very motivated and engage in a friendly and motivated way. The facility was clean, the gym was family friendly, and the coaches were very flexible. We got to workout right away and the coach didn’t miss a beat. She worked us right in to what we were working on, but I could feel and see a sense of purpose in what they were doing.”
