The customer service that I experienced at the Milton Ave location needs to be addressed. My reservation for a rental was set at this location. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there were none available. The representative suggested that I call two other locations to "see if they have cars". After attempting to call other locations there was no answer on the other end of the call. The representative suggested that I just go to the locations because they were liking busy. While it's fully understandable that each location had clients to assist, I can only imagine that if I was getting the run around that many others were too. I went to two other locations - all over the Lafayette area and no one had vehicles. Finally at the third location someone was bringing in a vehicle right as I walked in. Additionally, I called to confirm that I could drop off my vehicle at the Milton Ave location - a different location from where I actually got my rental. My initial reservation was at Milton and because they didn't have the vehicle that they confirmed reserving for me I had to go around the whole town. It only made sense to drop the vehicle back off at the same location that my vehicle was being fixed at the Collison center. Vehicle accidents are an inconvenience for all of us and as someone who plans ahead strategically it's ridiculous that I received so much pushback to drop off this vehicle after it took me leaps and bounds to actually get it. Lastly, the representative checked my car back in and told me that I needed to call the Pinnock location so that they can close out my account. Why am I doing all the leg work for this company at this point? There needs to be an internal system that all employees have access too because it's ridiculous that a customer needs to close out an account by calling after the vehicle has been inspected and dropped off.

Rented a car from Abbeville, La. for a Trip to San Antonio, TX. The car had a leak in tire and some other minor maintenance problems. Went to a San Antonio enterprise site. They switched us to a different car. It took about an hour but we were reimbursed for one day for the trouble. Lemons into lemonade!

I had to put my truck in the shop for repairs so I rented a car through the reservation center. Well, when I got to the location they didn't have any cars but let me rent a truck for a good price. Loved that truck. They were busy but still good service. For smaller locations I would recommend calling the local center first and scheduling a head of time.

I called the Call Center for the company to make a reservation and was told to go to a local Enterprise where a car would be waiting for me. Was told when I got there that the Call Center “basically tells you what you want to hear at that point in time†and that there are no cars available for rental. Left with no car.

I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle at the Enterprise in Abbeville and I was just involved in a accident so it was through the insurance. Well my kids had a Dr appointment and I went to go get the vehicle.( I lost a lot of my belongings in the accident) I had a temporary debit card and I've used it there not even a month ago (no problem) so I go today and the guy quickly got very ugly with my fiance and I saying he couldn't take my debit card cause it doesn't have my name on it! ( But I just used that same card there ) also saying that the debit card has to have the same address as is on license (which it's the same address in my bank account) HE GOT SO UGLY WITH ME I HAD A PANIC ATTACK!! My kids missed there appointment and had to reschedule that's very important to me. I cancelled the rental and I'm now going to another company to do rentals with NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER RECOMEND ENTERPRISE TO ANYONE!! I'D MUCH RATHER WALK!!!

I had a reservation with them for about a month and the day before pickup I cancelled. I had to call the afternoon I was to leave and they were able to still assist me with no problems.
