I am giving one star because the nail tech that worked on my nails was kind and friendly. However, everything else about this experience was concerning. No gloves were worn and the equipment used was obviously previously used. The nail tech removed my previous acrylic nails with a FAKE NAIL. While doing so, the fake nail went under my actual nail bed with a lot of force, causing pain and I began to bleed. While polishing my nails, the nail tech used own nails to clean the polish from my skin with each coat of polish applied. This was concerning and very uncomfortable because of how dirty her own nails looked. I’m not the type to write bad reviews because everyone has bad days. I had to say something, because I chose this place purely on the reviews from Google. I will not be coming back and I would not recommend.

Very unprofessional.Kim was RUDE. Seemed very irritated that her husband had to call her for help.Nails were bulky & uneven, she complained about fixing them.The nail design was all messed up. Needless to say I will not be giving this place my business againServices: Acrylic nails
