I must say, I was hesitant to go here as they were independent of all the other Discount Tires but I’m sure glad my husband decided to call them. The group of young ladies in the office were unbelievably knowledgeable and so welcoming. I will definitely go back here next time I need tires even though I live in Houston. Also they were so quick with the service that I was shocked when they said they were done. Thank you all for making us feel so comfortable during our wait. With living in Texas, the sounds of the ladies’ cajun accent, I felt right at home. Thank you again and we’ll see y’all again!

Very rude and not very helpful at all. Was not happy with their service. The lady that helped me had a very bad attitude!! They charged me $25 to take my tire off and mount it back & a different shop charged me $13 to take it off, plug it (Like I requested) and mount it back!! Won’t be back for sure.

Would give ZERO stars if possible!!! These people are just down right rude and incompetent!! I had an appointment on Wednesday for an alignment. Got a call from them on the Monday to verifyappt on Tuesday. I told the lady it was for Wednesdayand she corrected me, and insisted it was for Tuesday, and to be there early so they could get started. Arrived at 7:15 and was met at the door being told that they don't open till 7:30, I explained to the woman that I was called the day before to be there early. She told me that that was too bad you will just have to wait. Once open, I went in and wasn't asked what I was there for for 30 min. Told them that I was there for a alignment and then was told that my appointment was not till Wednesday and they were booked for the day. I told them to cancel and give me my keys, then they said that they would take care of it. While waiting for them to get it done, they were talking about putting nails in nearby parking lots to get more business. These people are crooks!!

Don’t waist your time or money with these people. Went there for a simple tire patch just for them to call an hour later claiming they can’t patch it because I have 6 or 7 holes in the side wall. Then followed with a suggestion that I buy one of their tires for $150. Initially I agreed but a few minutes later I called back to cancel the new tire. All 4 of my tires were no less than a month old. So I declined and went fill the tire for my own inspection. There were ZERO holes in the side wall. (Nor were there any holes in the tread). Even though I specifically told them the tire I needed inspected was on the backseat. Later that day I realized they never inspected the original flat tire to begin with. As it was still dirt dry and in the exact same position on my backseat when I retrieved my car (I know this because I wrapped the towel in a very specific way around the wheel to protect my seats) and on top of that, it had ZERO air in it. Which doesn’t make sense because it held air just fine after I filled it. If they would’ve filled it to check for leaks prior, then it would’ve still held air by time I came to pick it up. I understand that mistakes happen but the fact that I almost waisted $150 over a miscommunication within the shop is unacceptable. That mistake would’ve cost me 150 bucks for no reason. And I highly doubt they would’ve been willing to refund me for selling me an unnecessary new tire. Not sure why they told me the tire had holes in the sidewalk if that wasn’t the case. The only reason I can think of is either they got my contact info mixed up with someone else’s or they tried to finesse me. Not sure and I don’t care. Shame on me for expecting competence in a crack head town like Abbeville.

Great place to buy and have tires mounted or repaired. They also perform numerous vehicle repair. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
