I'm very displeased and disappointed with the manager. When she saw the cashier struggling with a long line due to the credit card machines being down at the pump she refused to help out. It took me between 30-45 mins of wasted time just to wait in line to get my money back and then get back in line to pay cash.

It is one of the convenient store that I visit three or four times a week. It's always busy and the staff is so polite and very helpful. It's a family and friendly atmosphere.
