I would like to thank the staff at B&B from showing me that I will not be buying a vehicle from them I walked around the lot for 30 minutes looking at all the trucks and cars and not a single salesperson had the time to come out and talk to me. It’s ok I’ll take my money elsewhere

Buyer beware. Do NOT purchase here if you like to keep money in your pocket. I purchased a highly over priced car from them. Kept it for a year and decided to sell it. Ultimately sold the car to Carvana. This old man named Arnold in Abbeville typed my 10 day payoff with a typewriter. No emailing involved. He took a picture of the typed payoff and texted it to me. On the payoff he included the payoff amount, expiration date and a per diem of $5.11. Due to an error with caravans system, and the freeze of Texas / Louisiana in 2021, he received his payoff check 18 days late. This should have added about 40 dollars to the payoff. Instead, he decided to add nearly $170.00 to the payoff stating it was late fees that were not noted or ever mentioned to me. When questioned about it, he yelled profanities at me and aggressively stated that he wanted me to go over to the lot to show me the numbers. Long story short, this is a terrible place to buy a car, unless you like having money stolen from you.

I bought a used Ford Focus 2012 model in September 2020 from Mr Arnold. I was in and out with 10 minutes. I have had the car for months now and not a single issue in that time it’s an amazing little car. Mr Arnold was helpful to me and was definitely a fair man to do business with. I’d go back for any of my car needs in the future. I’m not affiliated with the company or business. I’m just a random college student/single parent trying to give a genuine review for those who may be unsure about BB’s.

To be honest if could give BB AUTO SALES a 0. I purchased a 2008 Ford F150 on Jun. 17 2020 with a 50/50 30 day warranty and a $5000 down payment. After being assured by Mr Trahan the truck was a good dependable truck. I had the truck 3 days before it started dieing on me. Today is July 13th and my truck is still in the shop. I askd Mr. Trahan if there was anyway he could trade the truck for another vehicle. He said there is nothing he can do since the truck is financed. I have no idea if or when my truck will be repaired. Seems like there is something he could do.
