Bought and purchased two items a trashcan and some bug spray. After purchasing my items I then begin to walk out of the store then I hear somebody yelling out, sir. You have to stop sir. I need to look inside your things. Sir stop and then I stopped and asked what is going on, then they proceeded to say I need to look inside the items you just purchased I asked why then they proceeded to say to make sure nothing is inside of it and then I asked are you accusing me of stealing no but we need to look inside your items. I know it is store policy to look inside items before purchasing them to make sure nobody is stealing, but it is not my fault that they are lazy. Employees are not doing their job will never go back to this Walmart, because of public embarrassment treating their customers, as if every one of them are stealing. But conclusion is I let her look in the trashcan. There was nothing in there and then proceeded to head to customer service and return the items. Nice job, Walmart.

Truly the worst Walmart I've ever been to. They were out of a lot of items, only had three registers open even though the parking lot was completely full and had a very unorganized system of "traffic direction" to keep the register lines from blocking the main aisle. The only saving grace was the sweet older lady who was working as a cashier who even commented that she wished they would open up more of the registers when it gets this busy. This was my first and definitely my last trip to this Walmart.

This review is for the Automotive service only. I had tires mounted that i bought through Walmart.com, after tires were mounted noticed tire monitor light coming on. They removed 2 tpms( tire pressure monitor sensors from my rear wheels . Went back and talked to tanner the manager of the automotive , he stated he doesn 't know what happened but he could do nothing aboutit. Won't return phone calls , let alone even show up when he was paged. This is a safety feature built into the vehicle. Obviously the management doesn' t care about the safety of the customer and basically commiting fraud at the customer's expense. I have been a customer here for over 12 years and i have never seen anymore incompetence than the management there now. oil changes they may be alirght, but on tires i reccommend you go somewhere else where they care about the safety of the customer and just how much money they can get from them.

Need more cash registers open! Standing in line 45 minutes and lanes not moving! The floors are dirty! The prices are not marked correct. The self check registers are too slow. Your manager ain't doing his job when 50 people are waiting to get checked out and customers have stuff to do besides stand in line! You need hire some cashiers and make it easy for customers to get in and out. Your cashiers need more breaks they are working for three people and only being paid for one. Your stockers need keep shelf's stocked! Your bathrooms are always stinking nasty! Should I go on while my back hurts standing in line and not going anywhere? 9/07/2019 That's ridiculous! Walmart has went over board! We bought 24 pack of Mountain Dew and 12 pack of coke. We got stopped at door they took my receipt and scan my Mountain Dew again! That's screwed up! Guess I'll do my shopping somewhere else bc I'm not going to be harassed to just get a box of pop! Share my post if u want. Time to put a stop to Walmart making us feel like we did something wrong.

By far the worst Walmart I've been to as far as customer service goes.. I have never seen this many rude people work at the same place. I'm starting to think it's a requirement to work there. What makes this worse is I'm not basing it off a single visit like some of my other reviews, this is an accumulation of 8-10 trips over a couple months.. Every single time I've been there the same old rude people are the only ones working the registers or self scan area... 95% of the time I use the self scan to avoid having to speak to one of the evil old ladies but it seems they will always find a way to have to walk up to me and question me about a purchase or ask me if I paid for something that I'd placed in my buggy... no lady I just put it back in my buggy cause I didn't feel like paying the $3.50 so I'm gonna take the chance on going to jail for shoplifting.... After being stared at and questioned multiple times I go to leave and get the whole airport random scanning of my ticket just in case I managed to get away without paying for my Hawaiian Punch that cost a whole $1.99 with the detective checkout lady breathing down my neck!!!! I seriously don't understand why they always treat me like this when I've never stolen a thing in my life!!! It's extremely annoying! Now as far as the store goes it's actually a pretty decent store compared to the rest of the Walmart locations in my immediate area. They have a nice selection of fruit and veggies, more clothing than most places and a very nice and well stocked toy department.. the bathrooms are not bad either! So if it wasn't for the extremely rude checkout people I would give the place 4 stars without hesitation!!! But when you have as many employees as this store has and you put the Assholes who shouldn't be anywhere near your customers behind the register and put the really nice people out on the floor stocking it screams the management has no clue what they are doing.. But anyways from now on I will drive the extra 4 miles and just go to Lexington instead of here!!!

Winchester Walmart has the worst check out . Went there to exchange propane cylinder. Paid in garden center. Told someone with key would be out to exchange area.waited twenty minutes. No show . Went to customer service . Got money back. Went to Kroger. Took less than five minutes. On my way home. This morning went to Walmart to get milk and donuts.. got dozens had to use self checkout. No bar code or icon for dozen .. only single Ask for help, only got attitude. From service.talked to manager on duty.. she was no help.. told her when Kroger finish remodel. Will have no check out area.. scan your grocery. Hit paid app or card on file in phone. Go straight to bagging..Walmart pay attention....your grocery are 75% on your profit... game changer at Kroger...

It's a Wal-Mart so it's got its downfalls. However, this store is usually easier to get in and out of than other Wal-Marts.

Nothing special, everyday run of the mill Wally World with employees barely acknowledging you're there. Came here for battery cables, found them, paid and got out.

It's okay. Has everything you need in there. Service is decent. They don't treat their employee's that well though, I'm excited that they have brought back the self check out line's though for fast check out.. or anti social people like me, lol!

There's something weird about this Walmart. You have your normal zombie-like Walmart employees that we all love to hate, but then you get something weird when you mix the horrible standard Walmart employee with the amazing, helpful and kind Winchester resident. Here you'll find employees who hate their job, but still are nice and willing to help you. In other words, its still a classic Walmart, but if you're lucky, you'll find the small town Kentucky charm in the workers here.

I have been buying most of my groceries there for years; however, I don't plan on going there in the future. The produce section is going downhill fast. Out of stock on some items on a Friday morning which is the busiest grocery day of the week with a lackadaisical attitude of produce staff. The deli doesn't open till 9 and employees refuse to take your order and give you an attitude when you ask if there's any chance you can get something. On the good side I will say they have some good check out ladies that are nice, efficient, courteous, and do a good job. I will miss some of the checkout ladies but am taking my business back to Kroger. Kroger might be slightly higher but run lot of sales with their discount card. I was there today and they and more stock, cleaner, with more staff who were more customer friendly and went out of their way to assist. I was so impressed with one young lady that helped me I went to the manager to tell him how helpful she was. Walmart may save you a little money but you pay for it with the inconvenience and some attitude of some of their employee especially in your deli and produce section. Will be making good use of my Kroger card and saving on gas too.

This Walmart has the slowest customer service counter of any Walmart I have encountered. Are they incompetent or just not trained?
