Wouldn't accept our government issued identification. The UPS store in another town had no issue accepting it. The manager screamed at me on the phone and the notary had an attitude and was clearly discriminating against us. Absolutely appalling behavior, you both should be embarrassed and ashamed.

I send several packages a year ,more than half are international and I've never had an issue with packages not arriving. The employees are friendly and very professional.

Have had nothing but good service from this UPS Store, which I use often. The owner (who I dont know personally) is always courteous with me, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes busy, but to be expected! Im not sure what store these complainers are going to, but cant believe it is the same store near Kroger in Winchester I always go to!

Our hometown UPs store is amazing! I have never had a problem and in fact, I mail all of my items from here. The owner, Crystal has helped me so much over the years , that she has become dear friend to me. I have had shower invitations done all the way to shipping fragile items...I highly recommend them!!

I dropped off 2 Amazon pkgs for return and the seller charged my card again saying they did not receive my return. I went in to UPS today and was told they have no way of checking to see that I dropped them off. The lady was very rude and it was obvious she did not want to take the time to help me. Instead her answer was very sarcastic, smart tone in her voice while rolling her eyes at me while telling me there was nothing she could do since I did not save my receipt. I could give her the date and even had my barcode. She then scanned it finally after I was persistent but then I was told no it wasn’t scanning so it was not dropped off. YES it was dropped off ma’am! When I asked who else I could talk to I was told (very sarcastic) by her there was no one else to talk to that she is the franchise owner. I understand I should have saved my receipt but her attitude, rude facial expressions, and how she did not want to help me made me never want to go to this UPS again! And after reading other reviews about this location it seems to me that I was not the only one with this experience from this lady.

I’m gonna give a two star rating because the employees need more training on how to PROPERLY pack an item…I bought a camera on eBay that was over 100 years old and it was POORLY packed only ONE layer of bubble wrap…The camera arrived damaged…I pack way better than anybody there and you should not skimp on packing any item properly….When I received the box first thing I noticed how the item was shifting inside the box and much to my surprise there was only ONE layer of bubble wrap…The camera was broken and I had to do some serious repairs as I was going to display this very old camera..,.The seller was NO HELP either…But this is why I’m being quite generous with a 2 star rating it should be a Zero due to lack of training on how to pack……..

I have been in the store several times over the last few years and have always been very pleased with the service. Wish there was one like it in Mt Sterling, KY.
