I want to thank Chris for going out of his way to help me find the right dog food for my fur babies. Rick also was so friendly and helpful checking me out. All the young ladies that check me out are very sweet also. I lived in Jacksonville, NC for a while and absolutely loved Tractor Supply there. I am thankful for the same type of friendly service at the Winchester, Ky location.

We drove our truck/trailer all the way to Winchester to buy a gate. This was over 70 miles. Their website said they stay open until 9:00 PM, but when we got there, they were closed at 8:00.

I shop this store every week for livestock and dog food. The staff use to be pleasant and helpful. Now not so much. This store has 2 flat carts for the entire store. It is nearly impossible to get 50 pound bags into and out of a regular grocery cart. Come on…do better. Tonight I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a cart. Sad only 3 people in the store. Sad!

Service was friendly and helpful and prices and selection are good.7.17.23I just want to add another review of how wonderful a service experience I just had. I came in to purchase a 50 lb bag of dog food. The young gentleman that was on duty was kind enough to get the bag from the aisle and also carry it out to the car for me. The same young man also assisted another customer by returning their car for them. Just great examples of going above and beyond.

Went in for a 12 volt water pump. The staff were less than useless, and I ended up ordering one through their online system, waiting outside for 30 minutes, then going back in and collecting it when I received the order ready email. ?
