Best prices, fast service with an appointment, which I recommend, they were slammed when I picked my car up. Pretty good sign if you ask me. The manager there was super awesome to work with, was super helpful and I will return to Tore Discounters due to my interaction with him.

Overall, it was a good experience. The only thing that was unprofessional was a young employee kept reving my engine just because I had a loud exhaust, I did not appreciate that.

I took my truck here to get 1 tire balanced and he said it was free of charge. Then they ended balancing both my rear tires for me, amazing service wonderful people.

My car was taken here for 4 new tires to be put on, tire discounters did their “free alignment” even though my car did NOT need one. After picked up the steering wheel was crooked to go straight, my car pulled into the left lane when let go of the wheel, and my car was shaking at 70mph. Before it was smooth like butter on the road, perfect driving. I had to take it to their Georgetown location for them to fix Winchesters mistake. Such a hassle. Do NOT recommend.

Brought 1 tire in to be patched. They weren’t busy at all. It should’ve taken 10-15minutes at the most. It ended up taking at least an hour. The woman that attempted to work on the tire to do the patch kept starting to work on it and stopping. Not sure why. It was like she was hiding from work. At one point she was out in the parking lot on the phone. Other customers brought tires in and got in and out faster than I did for the same service. Why did I receive this terrible service? I wouldn’t recommend this facility. Disappointed ☹️

My experience today was above and beyond. They always take care of me here and what ever question I have they have an answer. Today I had a privilege doing business with Mr. Divers he took care of my issues with some business I had done back in March at another location and was charged too much. He didn't even hesitate and made it right and took care of me. He said I will make this right and he did. So thank you Mr. Divers. If there was more people like him in this world we wouldn't have any issue. Thanks again Tire Discounters for always.taking care of me.
