“I'm from Lexington and this was my first trip to the Winchester store. The staff was amazing from the beginning. With COVID 19 people forgot to have fun. I walked through the door and immediately heard laughter and fun from the staff including the manager which was awesome. The energy was great and reminded me that we are still humans. Great job.”
