“The two previous managers were terrible. My storage unit was robbed of all my fathers things, which he suddenly passed away in an accident.. these things weren’t just things to me. Prior managers didn’t care nor completed my claim correctly. Finally a new manager, Miss Theressa, took over my claim and proceed my documents correctly and I recieved my payment only a few weeks later. This woman is a great asset to your company and has definitely saved this business. I just want to say thank u. Like thank u so so much. It won’t bring my dads things back but people like u remind me that I’m not so alone in this world with out my daddy. God bless you. P.s. she needs a raise. :)”

“Great storage rentals. I’ve loved the climate control unit for the past four years! No problems at all. The office personnel are amazing and always very helpful. The price has increased quite a bit but then so has everything else!! However, hoping that will level off!”

“Great rental place with 24 hour access for when you need your stuff anytime. The only thing i would suggest would be an increase in security with a in-site manager because the number of units being broken into is increasing everywhere. But i do feel that the security already in place definately helps. I would like to be the on-site manager at the winchester location.”
“I wish I could give Benton’s RV & Boat Storage more than just 5 stars! The BEST place to store your boat or RV in the Richmond, Winchester, Lexington, and surrounding area. The owners are extremely professional and were always very responsive to any questions I had. We never had a concern with our RV being stored here with the state of the art security system and lighted lot always kept us worry free….plus the owners are always monitoring the site. I would highly recommend Benton’s to anyone who is looking for a spot to store their boat or RV!!”
