Our move with Saunier moving was smooth and quick! I highly recommend Tommy and his team. They were able to help us with boxes and moving everything to our new house with so much ease. The moving team was professional, focused, and hard working! They put everything in the correct rooms and moved our whole house in about 4 hours! We couldn’t have done it without them! They even set up our swing in the backyard. Five stars! ?????

The men were here on time and polite.Went to work right away and had the furniture loaded in no time got to destination on time and unloaded furniture right away. Did a great job for furniture where you wanted and set up everything so I'd say these two guys deserve a raise.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I paid for top tier coverage and when items were broken and damaged they wouldn’t pay since I packed items myself. I was never informed that I had to pay for them to pack my items for the coverage to pay. I paid 700 for that additional coverage and they damaged/broke $500 worth of my property. I would never recommend using them.

It took them 2 weeks to deliver which is quite inconvenient; we had to stay in a rental all that time, with added cost, and start work without being able to unpack. The packing and delivery crew were widerful.

Packing and loading were excellent! Delivery of the first truck with 75% of our possessions was timely and well done. However, we are still waiting (2) two weeks for delivery of the other 25% so they have a full truck. That’s not what we were promised and is not acceptable service! Great people to deal with but get kicked in dates for delivery or avoid Saunier.

When the contractors came to pack my house up there was damage to my daughter’s heirloom furniture. I reported this and filled all the appropriate forms and was denied even a repair. These people were so unhelpful and frankly acted like they didn’t care. I paid this company over $14,000 to move me and they wouldn’t even pay the $650 to get my daughter’s furniture repaired. It’s sad how greedy a business like this is. Beware!!!

The load in and delivery team were very good to work with, and loaded in quickly and unloaded even faster. Our move was over a distance of 420 miles. My only complaint if any is the pick up to delivery Lead time was longer then I’d have liked covering a week and one of my cheaper furniture dressers was broken during transit. Even with that, I’d still give Wayne (Driver) and his team high remarks.

Very good mover to work with. Took the stress out of our long distant move. They always kept in touch and arrived in the time frame they gave us. Our household goods were packed and handled with care. I would highly recommend them.
