Often times retailers don’t prioritize customers. The staff at Rural King in Winchester make sure they do. I made a mistake in my purchase that could have cost me nearly 100 dollars in merchandise. Mgr James and staff member Vicky prioritized their customer support over their policy and took care of me. Support like that makes customers for life! Thank you both and thank you, Rural King

Had horrible experience with customer service here when calling about ducks and being blatantly lied to, but am giving 4 stars because of Matt in the hardware department actually providing real customer service on a different issue. Thank you Matt, if only all the reps in your store treated customers like you do.

Had to call 4 different departments 5 times to have someone in power equipment answer if they had the seeds i was looking for
In 1 call someone picked up and hung up in the gun department unbelievable

Store needs more staff Someone to open up the fitting room and another one to clean up a fitting room that someone used the restroom in. Place needs a deep clean. Shawna needs to learn customer service
