Do not buy here. They don't keep their word. The GM will conveniently "step out" every time you call. Never returns calls or texts. I seriously wish I had not bought from them. Take your money elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They aren't willing to work with you at all AND they charge an unreasonable "labor/service" fee even if they find nothing wrong with your vehicle & no "labor" was even performed. I understand having a fee for their time, but test driving it and hooking it up to a computer ("labor") doesn't amount to $208!!! Hell, that's FREE at auto part stores!!! I should have just went there. VERY dissatisfied and disappointing. I will never be back and you shouldn't go there either!!!

The salesman did not take me seriously. So I went to Freedom Dosge in Lexington and got a CPO Jeep for the price and payment wanted.

This place is probably the worst car lot on the planet, I went to get a car there and I had my 2 baby's with me and my wife and instead of helping us out since it was our 1st car purchase they just manipulated us as much as they possibly could to the point that we were paying more for warranties than the actual car and 4 months after we got it those so so expensive warranties wouldn't even kick in and pay to have a new motor put in. Yeah that's right the motor blew up after 4 months... so if you don't wanna east thousands of dollars I'd definitely not get anything here

Bought a truck here (which the transmission started slipping in first month of buying) and was treated horribly. Was lied to about getting it detailed. Then was treated even worse year later i came to sale 2 vehicles. Before doing so wanted to get all my options since i wasnt in a position where i HAVE to sell them. By asking basic questions and not jumping on the first offer at that very second it triggered the sales rep jacob is the name and his manager. Was disrespectful and acted as if i was wrong for asking questions. Would not recommend. Shame these people try to advantage of everyone that comes through the doors. And try to sell anything and cover all negative things up

We desperately needed a newer, better vehicle and the great folks @ Rod Hatfield took great care of us and helped us get into a beautiful car that we both truly loved. We had some issues for them to deal with but they got our deal done no problem. Special thanks to our buddy and Mike the finance guy. .No other dealership has ever treated us so good, we highly recommend Rod Hatfield family of dealerships!!!

Well I just learned that they don't care one bit to be miss leading in their Sumer time event. Says right in the add up to $4000 more for your trade in. Even says right in the add up to $4000 more than KBB value. That was all lies for sure. The KBB value for the car we was trading in said plain as day. The value was in between $19000-$22000. They come back with a $18000 for the trade in. I said that's low and where is the extra up to $4000 over your trade in value. The guy who I'm assuming is the finance manager that was working with Barry Riddel to sell us the car said that's only available if your car was worth more than the auctions were selling them around their area. Which has nothing to do with KBB value like the add said. He said they don't use KBB for trade in. Right in the add it has KBB value all over it. I even showed him the add that he seemed to not even know about. And I read out loud the part that said up to $4000 over KBB value. Moral of the story don't believe adds they post. They only do it to get you in the seat in front of them and throw numbers of monthly payments hoping you don't ask questions about interest rates , or trade in values being low. The less they pay for you vehicles the more return they get when they resale it. Don't go here thinking that what they advertise is what they will do or you will walk out disappointed, or you will drive home with your back ripped out overpaying on a loan.

I bought a 2015 Ford f150. The car only has 34000 on it and ran great on test drive and for the first 3 weeks i owned it. That is when the problems began to surface. We took it on a trip and on the way home the check engine light came. I had my mechanic look at it and about 15 codes came up on it. I told him that i just bought it and have put less than 1400 miles aon it and he told me that if the dealership was worth anything at all they would look at it and take care of it. So i called the dealership and they said they could check the codes out an see what was going on. So i had it towed down to winchester and they checked the codes and said they were all old codes and that it was fine. I told them that i didn't send it to them to just clear the codes. I wanted them to check it out. 2 days later they told me that there was a problem but they couldn't fix it there. All they said was you should have bought the extended warranty. Needless to say I believe they knew there were some issues with the truck but decided not to fix them and just let someone buy it with the problems. It wasn't like i paid 10,000 for a used truck, i paid 28,000 for a truck that had 33000 miles on it. Rod hatfield's is a reputable dealer and i expect when i bought a car from a reputable dealer that they would stand behind their cars no matter if they were used or not. Like i said before i owed the car less then 3 weeks when that stuff happened. I wasn't looking for a hand out just some help with a car that had just basically left the lot. I am not usually a complainer but i want to just warn anyone looking to buy a used car from them. Make sure you completely check the car out yourself cause you dont know what you are getting.
