Horrible place to get a vehicle they total screwed my daughter over !! Signal mom with 2 kids and they sold her a vehicle that has transmission problems AND ITS THOUSANDS TO FIX ITS A 2021 AND IT START THE DAY SHE BROUGHT IT HOME BUT THEY LIED TO HER!!!!

I did not purchase, and I probably won't based on experience and initial communication with sales rep over the phone. He was very pushy and arrogant. I literally called him out on his lack of customer service skills.

Bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but buying a used car from Rod Hatfield last week was hands down the Worst experience yet! Gas tank was empty and they can only put $10 gas when you buy, we asked them to wash it before we picked up and they could not do that. They would not remove any of the stickers on windshield so we did after purchasing. That is when we found a crack in the windshield that was hidden by the sticker. We were from out of town and I guess that was our fault but we have never been treated so poorly. Let’s just hope the car holds up because there is no way they will assist in any aspect. So please rethink your decision to purchase from them they do not care about their customers and it is quite obvious.

Just recently bought a car I can December and drove at 16 days and it blew up caught on fire I would never buy another vehicle from them and I get lied to about my mileage saying it's $82,000 mi and truthfully it was $140,000 miles I would never recommend anybody to them especially being my first car that I bought and I get done cracking!!!

Searched literally all day to trade my ride in. No car lots would work with me, or even try to help me. By accident I ended up at this car lot, greeted by Jordan B. He and his manager did what they could to get me the lowest payment possible, and I walked out with an awesome ride! So many thanks to them!!

Do not buy here. They don't keep their word. The GM will conveniently "step out" every time you call. Never returns calls or texts. I seriously wish I had not bought from them. Take your money elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They aren't willing to work with you at all AND they charge an unreasonable "labor/service" fee even if they find nothing wrong with your vehicle & no "labor" was even performed. I understand having a fee for their time, but test driving it and hooking it up to a computer ("labor") doesn't amount to $208!!! Hell, that's FREE at auto part stores!!! I should have just went there. VERY dissatisfied and disappointing. I will never be back and you shouldn't go there either!!!

This place is probably the worst car lot on the planet, I went to get a car there and I had my 2 baby's with me and my wife and instead of helping us out since it was our 1st car purchase they just manipulated us as much as they possibly could to the point that we were paying more for warranties than the actual car and 4 months after we got it those so so expensive warranties wouldn't even kick in and pay to have a new motor put in. Yeah that's right the motor blew up after 4 months... so if you don't wanna east thousands of dollars I'd definitely not get anything here
